If your post Joomla 4 migration site has an extra blue menu toggle box at the top of every page in backend, this might be the fix you are looking for.

  • Client migrated from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, encountering a blue toggle menu graphic on every backend page.
    - Solution found in Joomla forum suggests disabling "sending stats to Joomla" to resolve the issue.
    - Error detected in Chrome developer tools related to sending stats, suspected server blocking.
    - Workaround provided: Disable "System - Joomla Statistics" plugin to remove the blue box temporarily.
    - Not a permanent fix, but eliminates the distraction until a more permanent solution is found.
